Elsevier Public Safety selected ESP Computer Services as its fulfillment company in 2005 starting with the launch of a new publication titled, Law Officer. The award-winning Law Officer paved the way for ESP to expand its fulfillment responsibilities to cover three more Elsevier publications. Michael Shear, Circulation Manager for Elsevier, said, “We decided on ESP because of the existing working relationship we already had with Law Officer.” The first publication after Law Officer was JEMS. Otherwise known as Journal of Emergency Medical Services, the most authoritative source of EMS information worldwide, JEMS is a monthly publication dedicated to the improvement of patient care in the prehospital setting. JEMS meets the needs of the advanced provider, instructor and administrator of emergency medical services. The other publication is Fire Rescue Magazine. The official publication of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, Fire Rescue Magazine is a leading voice in editorial coverage of the fire and rescue markets. The publication’s “Read it Today, Use it Tomorrow” mission weaves through every article and image they publish. Lastly, ESP is also now fulfilling Wildland Firefighter. This publication reaches fire service and forestry professionals worldwide.
