Veenis has been named to the position of Audit Manager. The new position for ESP was
implemented in conjunction with the beginning of the June audit cycle, and is designed to
maximize efficiency of the audit process by coordinating various ESP departments. Tammy
will oversee audit scheduling with both audit bureaus to create and manage deadlines.
To manage over 50 audited titles across many different media channels, she will also oversee the efforts to provide necessary reports, data, and media to the auditing bureaus. ESP audit reports are the best in the business for providing data specific to each audit bureau. Previously, Tammy was an Account Executive with ESP, working in that position for nine years. Her experience allows her to thoroughly understand data entry and customer service processes, and how they affect audits. Her experience in prepping audits for her publications as an AE has given her extensive knowledge of the auditing process and comprehension of the audit rules and practices. Tammy will coordinate with the ESP account executives to make sure their audits run smoothly and on time. Announcing Tammy’s appointment, Vice President Stefan Beeli said: "ESP is very serious about the long-term interests of our clients. By having a management position able to focus on audits, we improve communication and efficiency. This will allow us to better serve our clients by continuing to provide quality service in a growing environment while creating a unified voice for our clients with regard to the audit bureaus." Tammy hit the ground running, set up calls with each of the bureaus, and organized a recent meeting with Joel Besner and Franco Sabalones of BPA to review audit procedures and rules.
